Get Featured respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. We will, under appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
Following the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), Get Featured will promptly address copyright infringement claims related to our services, including PR distribution, news aggregation, and mobile device applications (“Services”).
If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf, please report copyright infringements occurring on or through our Services by submitting a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receiving the Notice, we will take appropriate action, including removing access to the challenged material.
DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ("Notice")
Your Notice must include the following:

- Identification of Infringing Material: Identify the material you claim infringes on your copyright and provide sufficient information for us to locate it. Include the URL of the link within our Services where the material can be found.
- Contact Information: Provide your mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- Statements of Good Faith Belief and Accuracy: Include these statements:
- “I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that disputed use is not authorized by law.”
- “I hereby state that this notice’s information is accurate under penalty.”
- Signature: Provide your full legal name along with an electronic or physical signature.
